Registration Information

1.  Registration on a first-come, first-served basis; space is limited.

2.  Your cost for both days is between $600 and $750 per person, depending on how many register from your organization and when you register:

• $750 each for 1 or 2 people
• $675 each for 3 or more people from the same organization registering together
• Register at least 20 days before the seminar and save $75 ($675 each for 1 or 2, $600 each for 3 or more)

3.  You may substitute a different person than registered .

4.  You have three convenient ways to pay:

• Credit card
• Check
• Company purchase order (PO).

5.  Registration and payment may be arranged in any of the following ways (see Registration Form for details):

6.  If you are paying by company PO, here's our Tax Identification Number (TIN) for your finance department:

7.  You will be charged a $35 processing fee if you cancel at least five working days before the seminar. Cancellation charge is $200 at less than five working days before the seminar and you will receive the seminar books (a $200 value). Cancellations on the day of the seminar and no-shows are responsible for the full cost and you will receive the seminar books.
