Most JMS training on topics related to business and pricing
strategy is on a single-client, in-house, basis. Let us know
of your interest and we will respond with a proposal and quotation.
Please provide as much detail on your needs as possible so we
can focus our response on your needs. There are a variety of
possibilities for consulting on pricing and/or business strategy.
A typical consulting session trip will last two days for an
interdisciplinary team looking to establish a cohesive understanding
of the business and develop a business strategy. Sometimes there
is no need to visit in person, and all consulting is done by
telephone and correspondence. The possibilities are too numerous
to consider here.
On rare occasions, JMS provides open seminars on pricing and
business strategy. This usually occurs when we get a number of
requests from a particular geographic area, which we combine
into a joint seminar arrangement. Please let us know of your
interest and we will keep you informed.
