Racism in America
by Eric Blair

Notice: to all blacks who feel America owes them an apology, a living and quotas in education, government contracts, television anchor slots and traffic tickets.  Read the following item, from a cover article that appeared today, March 25, 1998.

                   By Warren P. Strobel
                   THE WASHINGTON TIMES

                                                                          MUKONO, Uganda
President Clinton all but apologized for U.S. slavery
yesterday in Uganda, following by two days a
statement by Uganda's president that such an
                   apology was "rubbish."
"European-Americans received the fruits of the slave trade,"
Mr. Clinton said yesterday on a visit to the village of Mukono
with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to promote
                   education.
Two days ago, when President Museveni was asked about
such an American apology, he had replied: "African chiefs were
the ones waging war on each other and capturing their own
people and selling them. If anyone should apologize it should
be the African chiefs. We still have those traitors here even
                   today."

Those Americans who for lo these many years have waited for our liberal press and their fellow travellers to recall this point, have only one thing to say to President Museveni ....
Museveni For U.S. President!
To Calypso Louie F., Jesse Jackson, California's Ms. Boxer, Vernon Jordan, the NAALCP's Kwy-easy AndFumey and all the white liberal flacks like Ralph Nadir, we further say ...
Get a life!
To Peter Jennings, Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, everybody who works for the Proletarian Broadcasting System (PBS) and the vast majority of liberal, politically correct local tv and radio anchors and anchorettes, we further say ...
We were not shocked to notice you didn't include this item in your coverage!
Was this little item mentioned  in Oregon's newspaper of record, The Oregonian?  Has it been a headline in the Eugene Register Guard?  Did the Willamette Week banner this truly newsworthy item, this revolutionary thought from a black leader in the land of milk and honey?  Did it make even a one liner between the public notices in the back of The Skanner?

Would you liberals like to know what you can kiss?  My suggestion, for a start, would be the hand of the Ugandan President who just told you the truth.  It could be the beginning of a life based on fact for you.

Who knows, you might even come to the understanding that the bulk of the real bigots in America are people just like you.
