Paul Pintarich
(Consulting Editor -- The Orphanage Press)
Note: Paul has just come on
board, so his formal biography isn't on site, yet. For twenty years,
he worked at Oregon's newspaper of record, The Oregonian. He started
on the police beat and ended up as the paper's acclaimed Literary
Reviewer and Poetry Editor. His name is known and respected
internationally -- which is probably why his last book (on the wine industry)
received a half page review in the New York Times. And, probably
why he was on the PhD Lit board of Portland State University, as well.
In the opinion
of this writer (and many others), Paul Pintarich is simply one of the finest
writers, reviewers and editors ever to appear in this part of the world.
