THIRTEENTH GENERATION

4656. prob. John Randall

4657. Elizabeth (Brown?) (see notes)

"Note the parents listed [for (4657ii) Stephen], John and Elizabeth, are mentioned as probably the parents in the Memorials of the Descendants of William Shattuck [by Lemuel Shattuck Boston 1855]"

Some show (4657) Elizabeth's maiden name as Brown, but give no sources. Of Elizabeth, Farnsworth says,

"'DEATH: Memorials of the Descendants of William Shattuck' by Lemuel Shattuck Boston 1855; page 76 (died age 80, a connection of the Browns (Bond))--does that mean he thought she was probably a relative of the Browns that may have been called the Bonds? Watertown Vital Records 1630-1693; FHL 745869; item 3; page 82 "Death Elizabeth Randall widow dyed the 24th of December aged abought 80 yeares 1672."

James Savage lists the following at http://www.usgennet.org/usa/topic/newengland/savage/ . I've sorted most of the Cranes into two groups -- "Guilford/ Wethersfield" and "Dorchester/ Milton" [bracketed items mine] -- according to possible family groupings.
