Christopher Johnson Ellis has been given this house by his father; in turn, he donates the proceeds of the rent to his father. However, he only has to pay if the rent still presents a positive balance when maintenance, renovations and taxes have all been duly paid. John William Ellis states that he accepts the donation. poss. i. (18944) William Ellis(18944) William's parents are unknown. There is a DNA link between his line, though, and the Ellises of Swineshead, Lincolnshire. I am presenting what seems to be the most logical connection between the two branches of the family.
