Below you will find instructions on how to setup your Windows NT system.
| Step 1: Double click My Computer-> Dial-Up Networking
|
Step 2: Create a Phonebook Entry for PCEZ.
Input your local dial-up Access number. |
| Step 3: Click More -> Edit entry and modem properties
|
Step 4: On the Basic tab - it should show PCEZ, the phone number and modem.
|
| Step 5: On the Server tab - only TCP/IP and Enable software
compression - should be marked. Click on the TCP/IP Settings button.
|
| Step 6: "Server assigned IP address" and
"Specify name server addresses" - should be selected. In the Primary DNS type 209.102.124.11 In the Secondary DNS type 209.102.124.10 Use IP header compression and Use default gateway on remote network both need to be checked. Click OK

| Step 7: On the Script tab - None - should be selected.

Step 8: On the Security tab - Accept any authentication including clear text - should be selected.
|
| Step 9: On the X.25 tab - None - should be selected. Click OK.
|
Step 10: Double click My Computer -> Control
Panel -> Network. |
| Step 11: On the Protocol tab - select TCP/IP. Click Properties.
|
Step 12: The IP address tab should be marked Obtain an IP from a DHCP server.
|
| Step 13: The DNS tab needs to have a Host Name.
|
Step 14: The Routing tab should NOT have anything marked. Click OK and then OK again. Your computer may want to reboot. Go ahead and do this.
