How to setup my mail program
Eudora | Outlook | Outlook Express | Netscape Navigator | Netscape Communicator
Setting up Eudora
| Step 1: Open Eudora Click Tools
then Options

| Step2: Click on Getting Started on the left.
Fill in the POP Account with username@pop3.pcez.com
In the return address enter username@pcez.com

| Step 3: Click on Personal Info fill in the Dialup
username
|
 |
| Step 4: Click on Hosts. SMTP: should be smtp.pcez.com Click OK Eudora is now ready to send and receive email.

Setting up Outlook
| Step 1: Open the Outlook program. Click on
Tools and then Services
|
 |
| Step 2: Click on Internet Mail and then the Properties
button
|
|
| Step 3: Fill in Your name and E-mal address. The Internet Mail server is pop3.pcez.com Fill in your username and password.
Then click Advanced Options.

| Step 4: Fill in the outbound server (smtp.pcez.com)
then click OK
|
 |
| Step 5: Click on the Connection tab. Select Connect using the modem. Make sure that PCEZ is selected. Click OK Outlook is now ready to send and receive email.

Setting up Outlook Express
| Step 1: Open Outlook Express. Click
Tools and Accounts
|
 |
| Step 2: Click on add and then on mail.
|
 |
| Step3: Fill in your name then click Next
|
 |
| Step 4: Fill in your complete email address and then
click Next
|
 |
| Step 5: Incoming mail server is pop3.pcez.com Outgoing mail server is smtp.pcez.com Then click Next
|
 |
| Step 6: Insert your username and password, then
click Next
|
 |
| Step 7: Click Finish. Outlook Express is now ready to send and receive mail.

Setting up Netscape Navigator
| Step1: Open Netscape Navigator. Click on Options and
then Mail and News Preferences
|
 |
| Step 2: Click on the Servers tab. Outgoing Mail Server is smtp.pcez.com Incoming Mail Server is pop3.pcez.com POP3 User Name is your login name News Server is news.pcez.com

| Step 3: Click on the Idenity tab. Fill in your name and e-mail address Click ok at the bottom. Netscape Navigator is now ready to send and receive email.

Setting up Netscape Communicator
| Step 1: Open Netscape Communicator. Click on Edit and then Preferences
|
 |
| Step 2: Select Mail & Group and then Idenity Fill in your name and complete e-mail address
|
 |
| Step 3: Select Mail Server Fill in your username Outgoing mail Server is smtp.pcez.com Incoming Mail Server is pop3.pcez.com
|

| Step 4: Select Groups Server Discussion Groups Server is news.pcez.com Click OK Netscape Communicator is now ready to Send and Receive e-mail and newsgroups.
