DSL Setup Instructions

The following are instructions for setting up your DSL account with us.

Step #1:

Double click My Computer, Control Panel

Step #2:

Double Click on your Network icon

Step #3:

Locate the TCP/IP for your network/ethernet card.

Highlight it and click Properties

Step #4:

It should open to the IP Address Tab

Select "Specify an IP Address"

Type in the IP Address assigned to you by us.

Verizon customers use 255.255.255.0 in the Subnet Mask

Qwest customers use 255.255.255.0 in the Subnet Mask

Step #5:

Click on the DNS Configuration tab.

Select Enable DNS. In the Host area name your computer.

In the DNS Search order type 209.102.124.11 click Add

Then type 209.102.124.10 click Add

Step #6:

Click on the Gateway tab.

In the New Gateway

Verizon customers type in 12.154.202.1then click Add

Qwest customers type in 12.154.203.1 then click Add

Click OK*

* If you previosly had a dial-up account you will need to go into Control Panel, Internet Options, Connections tab and select "never dial a connection" or you could go to My Computer, Dial-up Networking and delete the connect totally.
