| Click Start -> Settings->
Control Panel-> Double Click On Internet Options-> Click on the Connections tab. Click "Setup".
This screen will appear. You want to have the last selection marked. ("I want to set up my Internet connection manually...") Click Next.

On this screen the first selection should be marked. ("I connect through a phone line and modem..") Click Next.

If you are calling from the greater Portland Area the area code should be 503 with the phone number of 639-9846. Country/region name and code: should be United States of America(1) Click Advanced.

If you are in the greater Vancouver Area the area code should be 360 with a phone number of 314-4220. Country/region name and code: should be United States of America(1) Click Advanced.
Click on the Addresses tab. Under DNS server address, Mark Always use the following. Primary DNS server: 209.102.124.11 Alternate DNS server: 209.102.124.10 Click OK. Then click Next.

In this window you need to fill in your username and password. Click Next

Enter The Connection Name pcez.com Click Next.

"Do you want to set up an Internet Mail account now?" Mark Yes. Click Next.

Mark "Create a new Internet mail account" Click Next.

Enter your Name as you would normally spell it with mixed case and spaces. Click Next.

Enter your e-mail address. Click Next.

On this screen POP3 should be selected. In the incoming mail server area you will need to type - pop3.pcez.com In the outgoing mail server area you will need to type - smtp.pcez.com Click Next.

Enter your username and password. DO NOT enter your e-mail address here. Just enter your username. Your username is up to 8 characters long, all lower case. Click Next.
Uncheck The Box "To connect to the Internet immediately, select this box and click Finish" Click Finish. To configure your connection for 10-digit dialing. Click here-> http://www.pcez.com/10digit.htm
